Workshop Live is designed as an internal operational tool for garages. The system focuses on minimising data usage and keeping full control of data within each business.

2What Data is Stored

Workshop Live is used to track workshop activity and typically includes:

• Vehicle registration numbers
• Job / WIP numbers
• Internal notes
• Workshop status updates

Customer personal data (such as name, phone number or email) is not required to use the system and can be avoided entirely.

3How Data is Used

• Data is used only to support internal workshop operations
• No data is used for marketing purposes
• No data is shared or sold to third parties

4Access and Security

• Each garage operates in its own private workspace
• Only authorised users within that garage can access data
• No cross-garage access is permitted

5Data Ownership

• All data remains the property of the garage using the system
• Workshop Live does not claim ownership of any customer or operational data

6Data Control and Deletion

• Users can edit or remove data at any time
• Full data deletion can be requested by contacting support

7Minimising GDPR Risk

Workshop Live is designed so that garages can operate without storing personal customer data, helping reduce GDPR exposure.
